Refund policy

We are so sorry to hear it! All sales are final and no returns are accepted under any circumstances. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of Nature Derma. In which case rules 1-3 apply.

If a package is refused by the recipient/client, then the client is responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to Nature Derma. All packages refused by you “the recipient” of the package(s). The client will be rebilled and responsible to pay the charges incurred within 7 days.

    Please keep in mind that, among other things, you:

  1. Must contact us directly before you attempt to return the product.
  2. Must return the product to us in its original or equivalent packaging.
  3. Are responsible for risk of loss and shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product. Additional fees may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
